Following ongoing questions about a budget shortfall at the Oklahoma State Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, the agency now says they cannot cover basic payroll for Wednesday, May 7th and are short as much as $23 million for the remainder of FY'25, which ends on June 30th.
